Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
You may exchange a product within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must have the original price tag and receipt.
The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
You must send the product to the original sender address, or return it to a Torr store after receiving confirmation from our Customer Service team.
Please Note:
Discounted or special offer items are not eligible for return.
Products must be inspected for any quality issues within 15 days of receiving them.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns.
Returns for non-quality-related issues are not accepted.
Change of mind is not applicable.
